Overview
If this is the first order then we request all samples to be pre-approved because any custom order is non refundable and cannot be canceled once the project has begun.
All samples or initial formulation require sampling fee and are non refundable, in some and rare cases the sampling fees are applied as credit to your order but this only applies on limited basis esp. when sampling doesn’t require significant effort and is straight forward to produce.
The final product may have some variation from sampling due to volume difference between sample batch and production batch. In addition, production batches often use larger equipment and will vary thus using the refund is never an option unless we have made a gross mistake in production and the management of Get Natural Essential Oils will make final determination if that’s the case.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
In a very rare instances, if we agree to receive return, your return inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed using the same mode of payment that was used within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
